TRACKING QUESTIONS

A few things worth knowing.

Tracking hasn't updated?

Carrier scans may take time to appear. Your parcel can continue moving even when there is no new public tracking event.

If your estimated delivery period has passed, contact our customer support team.

Marked delivered, but missing?

Check your delivery location, household, building reception, mailroom and any available carrier delivery notes.

If you still cannot find the parcel, contact us with your order number.

Receiving separate parcels?

Some orders may be dispatched in more than one shipment.

Separate parcels may have different tracking numbers and delivery dates.
